I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Beach Resort, thanks to their outstanding hospitality and friendly staff who made us feel welcome right from the start. The location is fantastic, being close to the beach and other local attractions. However, the room I stayed in didn't meet my expectations as it was not in great condition, and it detracted a bit from the overall experience.

Having spent many years at this hotel, I feel it boasts a fantastic location right by the beach, but it really needs some attention when it comes to maintenance. My room was clean but quite outdated, and the staff were very dedicated and helpful, which made my experience somewhat better despite the issues. Overall, it's a shame to see such a once-great heritage hotel in decline, but I hope it can be revived.
